All the ingredients for the dough are put in the pan of the bread machine, the kneading + leavening program.

All the while, we prepare the ingredients for filling. The ham is cut into small cubes, the olives are pitted and the cheese is grated on a small grater. The quantities are as desired and can be replaced according to family preferences.

We put the tomato juice in a bowl on the fire together with the spices and it boils a few times. Leave to cool.

The dough is spread on the lightly floured table in a sheet of about 0.5 cm. Sprinkle with plenty of tomato sauce, sprinkle with diced ham, corn, olives and cover with a thin layer of cheese.

Roll the dough as tight as possible, then with a thread cut strips 4-5 cm wide. I used the same cutting procedure at Rolls Cinnabon :) It's perfect for an artistic cut. :))

Each roll is placed in a tray lined with baking paper, sprinkled with a little grated cheese and put in the oven over medium heat until they begin to brown and melt the cheese.

Some time ago, I prepared these mini-pizzas for a party and stuck them in skewer sticks. I made lollipops for children. :))
