Valentine's cake

Separate the eggs, chew the yolks with 8 tablespoons of sugar, whisk the egg whites.

In the second half, put 4 tablespoons flour and half an envelope of baking powder, mix with the back of the spoon.

Grease a baking tin with oil and cover with flour, add the white-black-white-black dough and bake for 35 minutes.

When the top is baked, let it cool, cut it into a heart shape and then in three.

Cream: The yolk of an egg is mixed with 4 tablespoons of sugar, the pudding powder is dissolved in 100 ml of cold milk from the refrigerator and mixed with the yolk.

350 ml of milk is boiled,

when it starts to boil, add the margarine cut into pieces and when it has melted, add the pudding mixture, stirring in one, so that it doesn't stick to the pot, until it thickens.

Leave to cool, chewing from time to time.

Syrup the tops, spread the cream, coat the cake in whipped cream with 150 ml of cold milk from the refrigerator.

My birthday has just passed. Someone told me not to cook at least for my birthday and to let others pamper me, preferably not with recipes prepared by me. But things didn't go that way and I made my own birthday cake, a Red Velvet Cake, because the Red Velvet Cupcakes recipe was very successful last year.

Ingredient:
& # 8211 250g flour
& # 8211 2 tablespoons cocoa

& # 8211 ½ teaspoon red dye
& # 8211 230g soft butter
& # 8211 300g old
& # 8211 2 eggs husband
& # 8211 250 ml whipped milk
& # 8211 vanilla extract to taste (1-2 teaspoons)
& # 8211 a teaspoon of baking soda
& # 8211 a tablespoon of vinegar

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. First froth the butter and sugar. The butter should be soft, at room temperature, not melted. Then add the egg and mix well, then add the red food coloring and mix until completely incorporated.

In a sieve, put flour, cocoa and salt. Sift the flour over the butter composition, alternating with whipped milk, taking care to start and end with the flour. Then turn off the baking soda in the vinegar. Some bubbles will come out, be prepared! Then add the baking soda over the countertop composition, mix well and pour everything into a cake pan with removable walls, with a diameter of 28 cm. The tray must be greased and lined with flour. Bake for about 35 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

Let the countertop cool completely, then cut it into 2 equal sheets. For the cream, mix 450g of cream cheese (Philadelphia I used) and 220g of powdered sugar, plus a little vanilla. At the end we incorporate 200ml whipped cream. Put 1/3 of the cream on the first sheet, then place the second sheet of cake.

We dress the cake in cream cheese, level it as well as we can with a spatula and let it cool for at least 2 hours before serving.

The winter holidays are approaching, and as much as I praised the cake I made, my mother became curious and I promised her that I would do it for Christmas as well, so that I could receive the final grade from the supreme court).

To make sure I'm doing well and it wasn't just the beginner's luck, since December 1st when I decorated the house and the tree with a holiday dress, I did rehearsal for Christmas and I made cake again.

It turned out just as well, it passed the test of time, because although almost all cakes are good when they are fresh, the test of time is also very important: how to keep the second or third day of Christmas, if there is anything left .
