Quince jam at Multicooker

  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 750 grams of sugar

RECIPE PREPARATION Quince jam at Multicooker:


Initially I made a syrup from sugar water, using the BOIL program. I let the water boil with the sugar until, when I tried, it stuck to my fingers (approx. 1 hour), meanwhile I washed the quinces and chopped them finely, occasionally putting a little lemon juice on them do not change color. When the syrup was ready, I added the quince cubes and selected JAM for an hour, but the jam was ready in just 45 minutes. I let the jam cool down a bit and then put it in the jars for the winter.
